Anthems of the broken heart,
Trembling the pieces as they fall apart
Anthems of the broken mirrors,
Outdrew your face, stroke your feathers

When a child's smile could make your day
While a tear of hers, would take it away

Anthems of your saddened disguise
Tear up your heart in it's shy's
Anthems of your silenced voice
Take down your breath in it's sweet rejoice

While she's whining a sonnet on her knees
